It's easy to notice the difficult parts of the day- the annoyances and pain points and frustrations. We can't stop the big, very real problems around us right now, but sometimes changing our days around is possible. This is a practice that can help us notice the light and goodness in the days around us.
Start by drawing a symbol in a certain color for each of these prompts. You can draw them in the squares next to the words.
Get out another sheet of paper (or flip over your master sheet). As you notice each moment in the day, make the mark on a piece of paper. At the end of the day, you'll have a collection of symbols that represent the beauty and gratitude you've experienced all day long. There are no wrong answers in the way you do this. You can make it organized like a log.
Or get a little wild with it! You can't go wrong.
Think you can make one into an image? We can't wait to see!
