Step 1: Cut your embroidery hoop in half so you have two half circles.
Step 2: Cut a long piece of your vinyl cord and use it to tie a knot onto either end of the open half circle. This will be the string for your bow. Secure the ends by hot gluing the knots to the embroidery hoop.
Step 3: Roll your glitter paper into the shape of a cylinder. Using hot glue, secure the cylinder shape by hot gluing the edges. This will be your arrow holder!
Step 4: Using a second piece of glitter paper, trace the circular shape of the bottom of your cylinder. Cut the circle out and hot glue it to the bottom of your cylinder. This will make sure your arrows won’t fall out.
Step 5: For extra decorations, cut strips of colored paper of your choosing. Wrap these strips around your arrow holder and secure them with hot glue.
Step 6: Now we will make the strap for your arrow holder. Cut a long strip from your ribbon and hot glue either side to the top and bottom of your arrow holder.
Step 7: For the arrows: Hot glue a pom-pom to the end of each wooden rod. (Optional) add fabric stickers to the other end of your rod as the arrow point.
Step 8: Try out your new bow and arrow and send us a picture of what you create!
