This position is a full time contracted position for the first 6 months, after which performance will be evaluated based on Art Feeds growing needs. Work days are Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 4:00 pm at Art Feeds headquarters. This position will require constant travel to Art Feeds schools and support for Art Feeds educators throughout the day. Background check is required.

+Innovative. All Staff members of Art Feeds are expected to be innovative individuals that look at challenges as opportunities to implement creative solutions.
+Organized. This job will require the coordination and staffing of 25+ Art Feeds educators, High School Cadet Teachers and Volunteers for outside events. Organization and scheduling will be a major job component.
+Effective Communicator. Director of Programs will communicate with all Lead Educators about lessons, teaching style and schedule coordination.
+Motivated with the ability to motivate others. The Director of Programs will be the manager of all Art Feeds Educators and must provide support and motivation to all Art Feeds Educators to better serve Art Feeds students.
+An Educator. Must have experience in education field in order to coach Educators to be the best possible in all Art Feeds classrooms.
+A Team Player. Art Feeds operates as one big team with teams of Educators in the classroom. This requires respect of all members
+Experience in classroom management. Art Feeds Educators teach 3-8 lessons in a day with K-5th grade levels. Director of operations will act as direct support to Lead Educators handling the classroom and must have experience in childcare and/or education.
+Dynamic. In our programs in one given school day our Educators will work with the entire school. This requires a dynamic person that can guide educators to work with K-5th grade levels with excitement, enthusiasm and compassion in our program.
+Kind and Compassionate. Art Feeds works with children that have undergone trauma and are overcoming obstacles in their lives. This requires kindness, patience, understanding and compassion. We believe that a smile is met with a smile and every child that comes into our programs is creative and important. It is your job as an Art Feeds staff member to help your staff members and Art Feeds students feel valued and understood through kindness and compassion.
