Thursday at St. Mary’s Catholic School, we created an installation with every student in the school! Week One, we talked about our dreams- where and whom we’d like to be one day. We scrawled & doodled them onto ribbons with the promise that they would be VERY important the following week.
Week 2, we talked about our roots- how we’re going to reach our dreams. We know these kiddos are capable of their dreams, so we used this time to pump them full of encouragement. (I mean, it was easy for us. We think the world of these brave little artists.)
We crumpled up our Root drawings to form the roots of our Dream Tree. Then we tied our dreams up high in the branches.
